It contributes to continuous resident care through health observations, documentation, meal support, emergency response, and collaboration with nursing staff and other care providers.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
• document care
• provide companionship and meal assistance
• perform light housekeeping
• respond to emergencies under established protocols
• collaborate with management, nursing staff, and care providers.
