What you'll do

• Provide clinical practice with an 80% clinical and 20% administrative leadership split
• deliver urgent care and occupational health services, including work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations
• develop clinical policies and protocols
• oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes
• collaborate with and support APPs
• train and onboard providers
• partner with operational leaders on service-line goals.
