What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and employees
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents and disturbances
• conduct routine and random patrols
• monitor access points
• report suspicious conditions, hazards, maintenance issues, and policy violations
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
