What you'll do

• Guide, support, and educate clinicians
• ensure clinical documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare and company standards
• participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinical staff
• review and audit clinical documentation (OASIS, visit notes, plan of care)
• monitor outcome-based quality indicators
• participate in quality improvement projects and regulatory survey readiness
• provide direct patient care on a limited basis.
