Lane Packer Operator, Day Shift

The Lane Packer Operator role is onsite in Williamsport, PA, with pay of $19 per hour. The position is in a clean, team-oriented food manufacturing facility and reports to the Production Supervisor. The operator packs egg cartons coming off machine lanes and helps maintain product quality, safe equipment operation, and an orderly production area. The work supports accurate packaging and preparation of finished products for handling and distribution.

What you'll do

• Pack finished egg cartons into cases or arrange them on pallets
• inspect cartons and eggs for damage and packaging defects
• verify date codes and markings
• close, stack, and secure cases
• monitor packing and remove or report nonconforming product
• keep the work area clean and safe
• monitor equipment and report jams or malfunctions
• follow food-safety, cGMP, hygiene, PPE, and workplace-safety requirements.
