Construction Team Lead

The Construction Team Lead role is onsite in Etna Green, IN, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. Compensation is $18.80–$31.20 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. The role leads a crew that services and repairs modular buildings.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and prioritize the production crew’s work
• assign tasks to modular mechanics and maintenance employees
• train as needed and verify work quality
• perform preventative maintenance and construction, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, painting, and cleaning
• monitor productivity, quality, and safety
• maintain tools and work areas
• conduct and document safety audits
• train and coach crew members
• backfill for other leaders when necessary.
