What you'll do

• Conduct functional behavior and skills-based assessments
• develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• implement and supervise therapy across clinic, home, and community settings
• analyze data
• maintain insurance, Medicaid, and clinical documentation compliance.
