What you'll do

• Verify required audiovisual equipment is available
• set up, operate, troubleshoot, repair, and clean equipment
• check delivered equipment and room setups against event orders and flow sheets
• communicate flow-sheet changes
• break down and secure equipment
• direct technician workflow and assist with labor scheduling
• support customers using equipment
• monitor equipment
• assist with hiring, training, coaching, and motivating employees
• upsell audiovisual services.
