What you'll do

• Complete work orders and community maintenance
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including painting and replacing fixtures, appliances, and plumbing
• enter occupied apartments to make repairs
• order approved maintenance supplies
• complete scheduled weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
• follow safety procedures
• be available for on-call work.
