What you'll do

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
• order, restock, and maintain kitchen inventories
• prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner using establishment recipes
• prepare ingredients according to menu requirements
• follow food-health and safety procedures
• cook, clean, assist staff, and deliver food
• work shifts assigned by the Dietary Director.
