Assistant Project Manager — Direct Purchase

The Assistant Project Manager — Direct Purchase role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. The position supports Consigli Construction’s Arch Direct / Direct Purchase department. The role oversees direct-purchase project packages through their lifecycle, coordinating scope, purchasing, cost, schedule, risk, quality, and safety. It also serves as a point of contact for regional stakeholders and supports project delivery, business development, and team development.

What you'll do

• Represent Arch Direct and serve as a stakeholder contact
• manage package financials, requisitions, invoices, and cash flow
• maintain standard operating procedures
• mentor and develop Project Engineers
• support project pursuits and preconstruction
• manage direct-purchase scope and packages, including vendor selection, RFPs, bid review, awards, submittals, expediting, changes, inspections, transportation, closeout, and safety walks.
