Service Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Plan and assign daily schedules for installation and service technicians
• confirm appointments and coordinate customer needs
• monitor schedules and adjust for delays, emergencies, or cancellations
• prepare quotes for labor, materials, and parts
• confirm pricing and availability with technicians and vendors
• follow up on quotes and convert approved estimates into work orders
• handle customer updates and escalations
• maintain service records
• process purchase orders and coordinate parts deliveries
• assist with reports, metrics, and process improvements.
