Field Engineer – Major Component Exchange

What you'll do

• Lead and support major component exchanges on wind turbine platforms
• troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• coordinate recovery from complex events
• identify recurring execution issues and develop corrective programs
• create technician training and field procedures
• reinforce safety and quality standards
• and partner with EHS, resource managers, project managers, and operations leadership.
