What you'll do

• Lead fleet safety and compliance programs
• audit ELD, hours-of-service violations, CSA BASICs, and safety data
• ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• maintain driver qualification files, annual MVRs, and inspection records
• analyze trends and recommend corrective actions
• supervise the Safety & Compliance team
• support garage operations
• report to leadership
• collaborate on equipment and driver policies
• and be available for emergency response and on-call situations.
