What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day technical execution for engineering teams
• contribute hands-on to solution design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization
• mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
• support scalable data pipelines, integrations, and processing frameworks using Databricks and AWS
• collaborate with architects and program leadership
• break requirements into development tasks and support sprint execution
• partner with application engineers, QA/test teams, and business analysts
• promote performance, maintainability, testing, and operational support practices
• assist with production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• contribute to Agile delivery activities.
