What you'll do
- Perform facility and grounds maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- maintain clean indoor and outdoor spaces, including snow and ice removal
- repair furniture, appliances, equipment, doors, locks, and building components
- complete minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and sheetrock repairs
- conduct unit inspections and preventive maintenance
- maintain smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- assist with seasonal HVAC maintenance
- and document work.
