Universal Member Experience Representative

The Universal Member Experience Representative role is onsite in Lockport, NY, with compensation of $19.69–$23.87 per hour. The representative reports to the Branch Manager and serves as a liaison between credit union members and the institution. The role supports members’ daily financial needs by providing account and product information, processing teller transactions, opening and servicing accounts, and addressing questions or complaints. It also supports lending activity and promotes relevant credit union products and services.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and provide accurate service
• explain products and promotions
• respond to requests and complaints
• open and service accounts
• process transfers, withdrawals, check and certificate transactions, and credit advances
• follow up with members
• take and enter loan applications and prepare closing documents
• process deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• balance the cash drawer
• protect confidential information and follow regulatory requirements.
