What you'll do

• Provide health assessments and treatment solutions by telephone, video, or chat
• track follow-up calls and escalate when appropriate
• receive inbound patient calls
• make initial and follow-up calls to deliver lab results and discuss treatment solutions
• follow up with patients identified as high-risk
• de-escalate and escalate difficult situations as appropriate
• refer to in-person care when appropriate
• communicate lab results through secure email
• assist with and monitor incoming test requests
• lead audits for quality and service-level agreement adherence
• stay current with health trends and recommendations.
