The Team Member role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Compensation is $9–$12 per hour. Highland Road Smoothie’s team members represent the business and Smoothie King brand, helping guests select smoothies and retail products that support fitness and nutrition goals. The team member contributes to guest service and store operations by handling orders and payments, supporting product and service quality, completing daily tasks, and maintaining food-safety and cleanliness practices.

What you'll do

• Foster teamwork
• ring up orders and handle payments
• support the product and guest-service experience
• help guests select smoothies
• complete daily checklist duties
• follow procedures and dress-code requirements
• keep the store clean and follow food-safety regulations
• operate a blender and point-of-sale system.
