What you'll do

• Manage high-volume statewide foreclosure matters
• expedite firm files
• liaise with clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and foreclosure personnel
• manage files under applicable rules and timelines
• use case management systems and reports
• review and execute pleadings and correspondence
• maintain accurate system updates
• prepare and present legal documents
• argue assigned cases at hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials
• attend or conduct public auctions as needed
• review title searches and identify parties to serve.
