What you'll do

• Develop and implement a family ministry strategy for birth through grade 12
• oversee Kids Ministry, including curriculum, program initiatives, parental wellness opportunities, and budgets
• support Student Ministry planning, mission trips, community service, and budget approval
• align Kids and Student Ministries with church vision
• define spiritual growth pathways and milestones
• equip parents as primary spiritual leaders
• develop parenting resources, classes, events, and communication rhythms
• meet with and pastor families.
