Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Moriarty, NM. The stated pay range is $7.25–$17.00 per hour. The role exists to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering consistent service, product quality, and restaurant performance. It oversees crew coaching, food safety, staffing, inventory, cash and payroll procedures, and day-to-day facility standards.

What you'll do

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
• resolve most onsite customer complaints
• conduct food safety audits
• coach crew on service, quality, and speed
• analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllable costs
• manage cash, timekeeping, and payroll procedures
• maintain facilities and equipment
• monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment
• manage deliveries, opening and closing, and shift staffing
• train new crew members and conduct performance appraisals subject to Restaurant General Manager approval.
