The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is part-time and in person in New York, NY, with pay of $90–$105 per hour. Compassionate Behavioral Guidance provides individualized applied behavior analysis services to support clients' needs. The BCBA develops and oversees individualized behavior programs, using assessment and progress data to guide treatment. The role also supports consistent, ethical care by supervising technicians, training parents, and maintaining required documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and functional behavior assessments
• develop individualized treatment plans
• supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust goals and programs
• provide parent training and support
• maintain ethical and documentation compliance.
