What you'll do

• Supervise shift operations, officers, and administrative functions
• oversee the security monitoring station and officer assignments
• schedule and conduct training
• prepare shift reports and investigate incidents
• coordinate emergency response
• monitor fire and safety compliance
• maintain key control
• screen and verify access
• monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control
• conduct facility patrols
• administer first aid and CPR until medical response arrives
• maintain shift schedules and security procedures.
