What you'll do

• Onboard and offboard employees in HRIS
• maintain employee records
• participate in ticketing rotation and audits
• conduct background checks
• draft offer letters
• coordinate candidate communications and start dates
• review time and attendance records
• process payroll and corrections
• administer leave and disability paperwork and benefits changes
• answer employee HR questions
• audit files
• support managers with HR procedures and timecard training
• and provide reports and project support.
