The role coordinates property upkeep, leasing and recertification processes, community partnerships, and resident services.

What you'll do

• Supervise property staff and provide coaching and performance reviews
• manage rent collection, deposits, income verification, and delinquent accounts
• maintain compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, and local requirements
• oversee inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
• process applications, recertifications, and lease renewals
• build community partnerships
• implement emergency preparedness and incident reporting
• market available units and coordinate turnovers.
