What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for a smaller book of business
• conduct monthly site audits during the April–November growing season and document findings with photos
• shadow and assist senior account managers on audits and client visits
• identify enhancement opportunities and present recommendations with guidance
• coordinate resolution of property issues
• respond to client communications under the 5/10 Rule
• document safety concerns
• support client retention and perform warranty follow-ups as needed.
