What you'll do

• Own and improve accounts payable procedures and close activities
• partner on accounts payable technology solutions
• develop vendor management processes
• identify accounting issues and reconciliation risks
• oversee debt accounting and foreign exchange revaluation
• review fixed and intangible asset schedules
• review accrual and prepaid schedules
• reconcile accounts payable aging and balance sheet accounts
• analyze aged payables and vendor credits
• review payment runs and coordinate banking approvals
• review bank reconciliations
• oversee intercompany accounts payable transactions
• use AI-enabled tools and automation thoughtfully while maintaining controls.

Why this role
