What you'll do

• Establish, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
• identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects
• complete preventive maintenance and reliability tasks
• participate in root-cause analysis
• install and adjust power-transmission components
• document work in the CMMS
• partner with Engineering on repairs and improvements
• train operators on maintenance techniques when called to troubleshoot or repair equipment
• and follow food-safety, quality, and safety requirements. The schedule is 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Friday–Sunday or Thursday–Sunday.
