Wellness Nurse

What you'll do

• Serve as charge nurse during shifts when the Director of Resident Care and Administrator are not in the building
• administer medications according to physician orders
• communicate with physicians
• follow care plans
• document services, changes, incidents, and follow-up
• assist with individualized care plans
• collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• supervise certified nursing assistants and direct-care aides
• and coordinate resident care activities.
