The Intensive Outpatient Program Counselor role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, with compensation of $35–$38 per hour plus a bonus structure. Behavioral Health Group provides opioid addiction treatment through a network of treatment centers and offers Intensive Outpatient Programs as part of its continuum of care. This counselor supports the IOP’s clinical services and program operations, helping prospective and enrolled patients access appropriate care. The role conducts admissions and assessments, provides evidence-based counseling and crisis support, delivers program curriculum, and coordinates with clinical teams and community referral partners.

What you'll do

• Conduct admissions using ASAM Level 2.1 criteria
• review assessments and eligibility
• provide evidence-based counseling, targeted case management, crisis support, individual sessions, and program curriculum
• maintain compliant documentation
• coordinate with clinical teams and referral partners
• support outreach and program development.
