What you'll do

• Balance and close the previous business day
• complete daily financial reports
• perform manager-on-duty duties during the third shift
• assist guests
• process check-ins, check-outs, billing, reservations, and special requests
• prepare no-show reservations and reports
• monitor room availability and booking policies
• support revenue through room and amenity upselling
• follow cash-handling, safety, and emergency procedures
• assist overnight staff as needed.
