The dietitian will assess patient needs, provide dietary education, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal nutritional outcomes for patients during their rehabilitation journey.

What you'll do

• Assess patients' nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide education on healthy eating habits, instruct patients on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and care disciplines, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, implement care plans, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
