The Medical Scribe works onsite in Fresno, California, supporting clinicians during patient visits. Compensation is $26 to $30.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Document patient charts during visits
• accompany clinicians into examination areas with patient authorization
• transcribe histories, physical exams, orders, procedures, consultations, diagnoses, and follow-up instructions
• track test and evaluation results
• assist with paperwork, calls, faxing, and chart abstraction
• and process portal communications or route them to appropriate staff.
