Fulfillment Associate, Customer Service / Data Entry

The Fulfillment Associate, Customer Service / Data Entry role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour. The role supports order fulfillment and customer service for a prominent client of a national staffing firm. Working under direct supervision, the associate assists customers and vendors with fulfillment and problem resolution, explains service processes, and handles document searches and preparation. Accurate processing and responsive communication support timely service across jurisdictional requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist internal and external customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution
• explain service offerings, procedures, delivery options, and jurisdictional requirements
• build relationships with customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies
• perform searches, document retrieval and preparation, filings, and recordings at jurisdictional levels.

Why this role

An associate degree or at least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment is required. UCC, mortgage, secured transactions, lending, commercial title or abstracting, and commercial banking experience are preferred.
