What you'll do

• Lead games, trivia, cards, and group activities
• assist with crafts, special projects, and holiday events
• support music, movies, exercise, and recreational activities
• assist with outdoor activities and community outings
• spend one-on-one time with residents
• encourage socialization, independence, and participation
• complete activity participation documentation
• contribute new activity ideas
• maintain professional boundaries and work patiently with varied personalities and behaviors.
