What you'll do

• Respond to member inquiries by telephone, email, secure message, and online chat
• process requests and resolve issues
• verify caller information to protect sensitive data
• troubleshoot online banking access and card issues
• research ACH issues
• follow up on member concerns
• and support Contact Center opening and closing processes.
