Residential Coordinator

Job overview

The Residential Coordinator works onsite in Bedford, OH, full time for 40 hours per week. Pay is $22 per hour. New Avenues to Independence supports people with disabilities and works to promote choice and independence. The coordinator helps ensure residents receive consistent habilitation and support by coordinating plans, staff coverage, training, documentation, and household operations. The role also supervises assigned direct support staff and helps maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and evaluate habilitation plans
• supervise assigned staff and assist with staffing and schedules
• ensure staff training and coverage
• support program and behavior-plan development
• maintain client and staff records and required documentation
• coordinate incident reporting
• help manage household operations, inventories, and benefit eligibility
• provide on-call and rotational emergency coverage as needed.
