Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

It coordinates medications and treatments, supports transitions around hospital stays, and maintains staff readiness in CPR, safety, and privacy practices.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and onboard RNs and nursing support staff
• provide and oversee care in homes and community settings according to care plans
• coordinate medications and treatments with doctors and pharmacies
• maintain accurate health records
• participate in rotating on-call coverage and help cover open shifts, including medical emergencies
• support hospital stays, recovery, admissions, discharges, and care planning
• keep the team current on CPR, safety training, and HIPAA rules.

Why this role
