Construction Project Manager, Infrastructure (R&D MEP)

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Fremont, CA, with travel to sites in Fremont and Hayward; compensation is $67–$77.46 per hour. The role manages infrastructure construction projects in research and development spaces with a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing focus. The project manager owns assigned scopes from startup through execution, coordinating budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and internal teams to build, demolish, upgrade, and optimize facility spaces and systems.

What you'll do

• Manage project budgets and schedules
• evaluate bids, material buyouts, and negotiations
• complete project startup, projections, budgeting, and job-cost entry
• prepare purchase orders
• review plans, P&IDs, and diagrams
• coordinate with quality, commissioning, facilities, construction engineering, design, and operations teams
• manage projects according to company specifications and procedures
• provide executive reporting.
