Community Engagement Associate (Spanish)

The Community Engagement Associate (Spanish) role is hybrid in Long Island City, New York, and compensation is $75,000 per year. NYC Kids RISE’s Save for College Program helps families build financial assets and support children’s educational futures. This role supports the Parent Foundations team’s direct engagement strategy by helping participating families understand the program, access savings options, and complete key steps. The associate conducts outreach, presents workshops, provides account navigation support, staffs events and the hotline, and records interactions.

What you'll do

• Conduct bilingual English-Spanish outreach to participating parents
• explain the Save for College Program
• present information and facilitate workshops
• help parents view scholarship accounts, open and link savings accounts, and make deposits
• staff the hotline and program events
• follow up with families and make appropriate referrals
• support engagement logistics and data entry
• protect confidential information.
