What you'll do

• Lead and develop the software organization and technical leads
• improve standards for architecture, code quality, testing, CI/CD, documentation, secure development, and AI-enabled practices
• guide technology, tooling, and staffing decisions
• monitor delivery risks, quality, capacity, and dependencies
• improve agile practices
• partner with program management, business development, product/design, engineering leaders, and customers
• support productization and reusable software solutions
• coach teams and address execution issues.
