Associate Designer

Job overview

The Associate Designer role is onsite in New York, NY, with an annual salary range of $65,000–$75,000. BCI Brands operates a multi-brand women’s fashion business, including CeCe, Vince Camuto, Ted Baker, 1.State, and Parker. The designer supports seasonal product development from concept and trend research through final production. The role helps translate creative direction and market trends into commercially aligned designs while coordinating with production, fabric, technical design, and other teams.

What you'll do

• Support the Head of Design and Designer through seasonal design and development
• research fashion, color, fabric, print, and silhouette trends
• contribute to inspiration boards, concepts, sketches, and presentations
• support fast-turn and chase collections
• update reorder and carryover styles
• source fabrics, trims, and novelty materials
• coordinate with production, fabric, and CAD/print teams
• create flat sketches and maintain tech packs
• review development submissions
• support seasonal files, design sheets, and PLM updates.

Why this role
