Traveling Project Superintendent – Ground-Up Retail Construction

What you'll do

• Lead ground-up retail site development from mobilization through turnover
• manage milestone schedules and two-week look-ahead plans in Procore
• coordinate structural steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and procurement sequencing
• liaise with owners and design consultants
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• maintain project logs and documentation
• track RFIs, submittals, and change events
• implement schedule recovery strategies
• enforce safety requirements and conduct weekly safety meetings.
