What you'll do

• Advise customers on technical problems and schedule service
• prepare work orders with job instructions and equipment details
• assist with repair appraisals and quotes
• schedule shop and field service work and equipment transport
• process warranty claims
• adjust procedures to meet deadlines
• open and close work orders
• supervise shop activities when the Service Manager is away.
