What you'll do

• Plan, promote, and execute resident events, classes, and programs
• coordinate vendors, entertainment, supplies, and event logistics
• track attendance and feedback
• manage amenity reservations and records
• create resident communications
• maintain vendor relationships and program records
• track expenses
• coordinate on-site and off-site activities, services, and transportation
• support concierge staff and monitor amenity spaces.
