What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for walk-in and call-in small-order projects
• estimate costs, submit quotes, and follow up
• manage projects through change orders, substitutions, and approvals
• maintain order accuracy, cost management, and profitability
• coordinate materials with Purchasing and Logistics
• communicate project updates
• schedule keying meetings with customers and locksmiths as needed
• identify process improvements.
