What you'll do

• Complete rotational assignments and training in branch operations, consumer lending, member services, compliance, business development, coaching, and leadership
• assist with daily branch operations
• progressively assume operational oversight and leadership
• participate in employee coaching, hiring, onboarding, and development
• provide acting branch manager coverage, including branch opening and closing, staffing coordination, transaction approvals, and member escalations
• travel between branches as business needs require.
