Cleaning Specialist

The Cleaning Specialist works onsite at CooperRiis campuses in Mill Spring and Asheville, NC. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with possible increases based on experience. The regular schedule is 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday, for 40 hours per week. Housekeeping supports CooperRiis’ healing and recovery mission by maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role maintains campus cleanliness and performs routine deep cleaning in coordination with the Facilities team. This work helps ensure the campuses remain safe and conducive to healing and recovery.

What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness across CooperRiis campuses
• perform routine deep cleaning
• use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
• organize and prioritize assigned tasks
• complete work thoroughly and with attention to detail
• commute between Mill Spring and Asheville campuses as needed.
