What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and manage technicians, crew leaders, and coordinators
• handle scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews
• oversee warehouse inventory, equipment, vehicles, subcontractor compliance, and staffing
• dispatch technicians and manage the on-call schedule
• write and review estimates using industry software
• negotiate with insurers, resolve customer complaints, and maintain carrier and vendor relationships.
